PaidrelayTerms, refunds and privacy
The rules for using Paidrelay, in plain words: what we do, when you get your money back, and what we keep about you.
Terms of service
What we do
Paidrelay (paidrelay.com) is an independent payment service. On your instruction, we pay for a subscription plan on your own account with a service you choose. You pay us the total shown on your order, in crypto. Placing an order means you accept these terms.
We pay in one of three ways, in this order of preference: we buy the service's official gift and send it to you; we pay a checkout link you send us; or, only if you ask and nothing else works, we sign in to your account while you are online with us. The order page tells you which one applies before you pay.
Your subscription is with the service
The subscription itself is between you and the service. Its terms, prices, limits and decisions apply to your account. We don't control them and can't change them.
Prices
The total is the plan price plus our 15% fee, shown as one number in U.S. dollars. The amount in your coin is fixed for 30 minutes after you open the payment. If a service changes its price, we change ours for new orders.
Delivery
We pay your plan usually within 2 hours of your payment confirming, between 09:00 and 21:00 UTC, and at most within 24 hours. For a payment link, the time counts from when we have a working link.
Your part
- Give a correct email, plan and, for the link method, a link from your own account.
- Check that the service is offered in your country and that your account can take the plan. For example, a Claude gift can't be redeemed while you have a Claude subscription billed through the iPhone or Android app.
- Don't use Paidrelay from a country we don't serve, or to get around a service's country rules. We refuse such orders.
- Pay only from a wallet you control.
Our liability
If we fail to deliver, our liability is the refund described below. We are not responsible for what a service does with your account after delivery, including suspensions, cancellations, price changes or refused gifts, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version in force when you placed an order applies to that order.
Refund policy
If we can't complete the payment for your plan, we refund the full amount you paid, in the same coin, minus only the network fee of the refund transfer.
- The refund goes to an address you give us, on the same coin and network you paid with.
- The guarantee covers a payment we could not complete. It does not cover anything after delivery: once the gift is sent or your plan is paid, the order is complete. A later ban, suspension, cancellation or refund decision by the service is not covered.
- Underpayment: a shortfall of up to 1% is accepted. If more is missing, we email you the remaining amount, and the order goes ahead once it arrives.
- Overpayment: we refund the difference on request, in the same coin, minus the network fee of the transfer.
Privacy
What we store
- Your email address.
- Order data: order number, plan and term, total, coin and network, the transaction hash, the checkout link if you sent one, the country you declared, and the gift or confirmation we delivered.
- Messages you send to support.
- Technical data from each request, such as IP address and the country it comes from. We use it to refuse orders from countries we don't serve and to stop abuse.
What we never store
Passwords. If you choose the sign-in method, your password is used in that one session and not written down or kept. We also never ask for two-factor backup codes, seed phrases or card details.
How it's used and shared
We use your data to complete your order, send you emails about it, answer support and keep our accounts. Our hosting and email providers process it only to run the site and send those emails. We don't sell it or use it for advertising.
Your browser keeps your open order in local storage, so you can come back to the payment page. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Blockchain transactions are public and permanent. We can't change or delete them.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to see or delete your data. We delete what we don't need to keep for our accounts.
Sign-in rules and risks
Most services' terms say you must not share your login. A sign-in by someone else, especially from another country, can trigger a security check, and the service could restrict or close your account. If you choose sign-in, you accept that risk. It is not covered by our guarantee.
- We use sign-in only when a service offers neither a gift nor a payment link, and only if you ask for it.
- You stay online for the whole session and send the verification code yourself.
- We buy the plan you ordered, sign out, and do nothing else on the account.
- We never store your password. You change it straight afterwards.
Countries we don't serve
Russia, Belarus, mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria and Venezuela. We also don't pay for a service in a country where that service isn't offered. We never help anyone get around a service's country rules.
