Paying in crypto

Each order shows one total in U.S. dollars. You pay the same value in the coin and network you choose. Here is what we accept and what happens if the amount isn't exact.

USDT on Tron (TRC-20)

It's the default on the checkout: a stablecoin, so 1 USDT is 1 dollar of the total, and Tron transfers confirm in minutes for a small network fee. If you hold USDT on an exchange, withdraw it on the TRC-20 network.

  1. Choose the plan and open the payment.
  2. Copy the exact amount and the address, or scan the QR code.
  3. Send it within 30 minutes, on the network shown.

Coins and networks we accept

Every network has its own address. Send only on the network shown with your address: a transfer on a different network can be lost. The number is the confirmations we wait for before the payment counts.

The amount, and what if it isn't exact

30-minute quote

When you open the payment we convert the dollar total into your coin at the current rate. That amount is fixed for 30 minutes. Stablecoins are converted one to one. If the 30 minutes run out before you send, open the order again for a new amount.

Exchange withdrawals

Exchanges often take their withdrawal fee out of the amount you send. Check that the amount arriving at our address is the full quoted amount, not the amount before the fee.

If you send too little

A shortfall of up to 1% is accepted. If more is missing, we email you the remaining amount, and the order goes ahead once it arrives.

If you send too much

We refund the difference on request, in the same coin, minus the network fee of the transfer. Write to us with your order number and the address to send it to.

If we can't pay your plan

If we can't complete the payment for your plan, we refund the full amount you paid, in the same coin, minus only the network fee of the refund transfer.
