How Paidrelay pays your subscription

You pay us in crypto. We pay your plan on your own account, using the first of three methods the service allows: an official gift, your payment link, or, as a last resort, a sign-in while you are online with us.

The short version

  1. Order

    Pick the plan and term and give the email for the gift or confirmation. For the link method, paste your checkout link.

  2. Pay in crypto

    You get an exact amount and address, fixed for 30 minutes. USDT on Tron is the quickest.

  3. We pay the plan

    After your payment confirms: usually within 2 hours, 09:00–21:00 UTC, at most 24 hours.

  4. Done

    You redeem the gift, or see the plan active on your account. If we can't pay it, you get your money back.

Method 1

Official gift

Claude Pro, Max 5x, Max 20x · Perplexity Pro

We buy the service's own gift subscription with our card and email it to you: a gift link for Claude, a promo code for Perplexity. You redeem it while signed in to your own account. We never see your password, and our card is never attached to your account.

Claude gifts

  • Plans: Pro, Max 5x and Max 20x. Terms: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
  • A gift must be redeemed within 365 days of purchase.
  • It can't be redeemed while you have a Claude subscription billed through the iPhone or Android app. Cancel it in the app store and wait for the paid period to end.
  • Gifts don't stack: one gift term runs at a time.
  • The gift works only in countries where Claude itself is offered (anthropic.com/supported-countries).

Perplexity gifts

  • Perplexity Pro for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, delivered as a promo code to your email.
  • You enter the code on your own Perplexity account.

Method 2

ChatGPT Plus and Pro · most other services

You start the upgrade on your own account, reach the payment page, and copy its address. You paste that link into your order. We open it and pay with our card. For ChatGPT, the payer is our person in the U.S. with a U.S. card.

  • We never need your password. The link opens the checkout for your account only.
  • Payment links expire. Stripe's default is 24 hours after the link is created, and a service can set it shorter. If yours expires before we pay, we ask you for a new one.
  • Our card stays on your subscription until you change it. You can replace it with your own card or cancel the plan at any time in the service's billing settings.
  • We pay one billing period per order. A renewal is a new order.

Method 3

Account sign-in

Last resort, only on your request

We use it only when a service offers neither a gift nor a payment link, and only after you confirm on the order page that you've read the warning above. The rules:

  1. We agree a time with you. You stay online for the whole session.
  2. You send the verification code yourself when the service asks for it. We never ask for your email password or two-factor backup codes.
  3. We go to billing, buy the plan you ordered, and sign out. Nothing else.
  4. We never store your password. It is used for that one session.
  5. Straight afterwards, you change your password and, where the service offers it, sign out all other sessions.

What happens to an order

Every order gets a number starting with PR. Keep it: it's how we find your order when you write to us.

  1. Order placed

    You choose the plan and term and give your email. For the link method you also paste the checkout link.

  2. Waiting for payment

    You see the exact amount in your chosen coin and the address. The amount is fixed for 30 minutes.

  3. Confirming

    We see your transfer on the blockchain and wait for the number of confirmations that network needs. Confirmations per network.

  4. Paid, in our queue

    We pay your plan, usually within 2 hours of payment confirmation between 09:00 and 21:00 UTC. A payment that confirms at night is handled from 09:00 UTC. At most 24 hours.

  5. Delivered

    You get an email with the gift link or promo code, or a confirmation that your plan is paid.

  6. If we can't pay it

    If we can't complete the payment for your plan, we refund the full amount you paid, in the same coin, minus only the network fee of the refund transfer.

Renewals

Claude and Perplexity

A gift is a prepaid term of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. Nothing renews by itself and no card is saved on your account. When the term ends, the plan ends. To continue, order another gift; since a gift lasts 365 days before it must be redeemed, you can order it early and redeem it when the current term is over.

ChatGPT

ChatGPT is paid one month at a time. To keep Plus or Pro next month, place a new order and send a fresh checkout link. Our card stays on your subscription until you change it; you can switch to your own card or cancel at any time in your ChatGPT settings.

Other services

The same as ChatGPT: each billing period we pay is one order. Tell us in the order if the plan is yearly.

What we don't do

  • Take orders from Russia, Belarus, mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria and Venezuela, or pay for a service in a country where it isn't offered.
  • Help get around a service's country rules in any way.
  • Sell API credits, team or business seats, or GitHub Copilot.
  • Share accounts, or sell seats in our own workspaces. Every plan is paid on your own account.
